In one sentence
You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and evolving the cloud infrastructure and lead the cloud deployment of Amdocs microservices product suite. You will implement and automate the CI/CD process on the cloud and establish the groundwork for large scale deployment on cloud.
What will your job look like?
You will build Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation preferred)
You will work with Public Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes
You will work with Core Cloud Infrastructure such as Containers, Virtual Machines, Databases, Networking
You will lead the Cloud Deployment NFR activities for customer implementation (Security, performance, Operability and LMT)
You will define Deployment Strategies and Patterns including Blue/Green and Canary Deploys
All you need is...
• 8 to 10 years of experience in software development, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering
• Significant experience with Docker, Kubernetes and public cloud deployments (prior experience of working with EKS/AKS is a must-have).
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Expert certification.
• Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
• Must demonstrate ability to write quality code in Java/Python/GO.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Good facilitation skills and team-player attitude.
