What will your job look like?

  • Understand customer’s business goals, competitive environment, and business challenges, and contribute to creating new opportunities for marketing tactics improving customer experience, overall satisfaction, and performance results.
  • Performing deep business data analysis of Service Provider’s customer base and behavioral trends (with the support of data analyst) to support business recommendations with data-driven insights
  • Translate the goals and objectives into an actionable marketing short-term and long-term plans
  • Facilitate the execution of the marketing plan in our solution
  • Innovate & formulate new methodologies and ideas for targeted marketing, segmentation, pricing and communications
  • Work in a distributed business environment, bridging between Amdocs teams in Israel and the Philippines.
  • Assist in identifying strategic and ad-hoc business opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Marketing Manager / Segment Manager / Marketing or Business Consultant in Telecom / On-line / Technology companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business, Marketing, Operations Research or Statistics
  • MBA - an advantage
  • Strong analytic skills, knowledge of data driven marketing, BI, and business analysis
  • Broad knowledge of telecom marketing elements (product pricing, segmentation, promotion), and robust business understanding
  • Strong customer relations skills and presentations skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Amenable for a field (at the customer location) challenging, strategic position
