Creates instructional experiences that make the acquisition of knowledge and skills efficient, effective and engaging. The Instructional Designer is the architect of learning solutions, drawing up specifications and blueprints for learning sessions and developing the learning deliverables in accordance with the design.

What will your job look like?

  • You will analyzes training needs and proposes the directions that learning solution should be taking.
  • You will designs end-to-end learning solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that address the business' needs and priorities.
  • You will develop learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develop course agendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and designs exercises, simulations and KPI factors.
  • You will create learning technology solutions using authoring tools.
  • You will manage learning development projects in collaboration with both internal and external interfaces.
  • You will bring to the organization professional knowledge and best practices relating to the learning and ISD profession, methodologies, tools, etc.
  • You will be expected to be a learning "guru", someone who always comes up with cutting edge learning solutions.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Behavioral Science or Education domains
  • Total experience: 3 to 6 years 
  • Previous experience as an Instructional Designer (at least 2 years)
  • Sketch out the Learning plan from scratch and interact with Subject Matter Expert - Must
  • Experience in matrix and complex organizations – must
  • Experience in project management - Must
