What will your job look like?

Job Description:

Learning program expert (LPE) core mission is to engage and partner stakeholders in the BU and in corporate, in order to assist the units achieve their goals by promoting learning solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Generate learning work plans, based on Learning needs analysis (periodically and ongoing)
  • Act as a trusted advisor and learning consultant with Business stakeholders
  • Managing and governing BU learning processes including budget allocation and prioritization
  • Implement new learning solutions that meet business objectives and targets
  • Establish and implement infrastructures as well as learning solutions to support needs

All you need is...

  • 5 - 7 years of proven record of a strong customer focus
  • Proven background in training
  • Proven experience of working with senior management
  • Good MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Must
  • Familiarity with L& D process & procedures- advantage
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to execute on plan with limited management supervision
  • Strong leadership traits: strategic thinking, creativity, visionary, charismatic and influencer
  • Works well in culture that is collaborative and consultative, able to work in highly matrix environment
  • Can see the big picture and end state – beyond the hurdles to get there; personal energy and drive that motivates and inspires others
