Provide administrative and logistics support for the COO & CFO office.

The Administrative assistant handles a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to the COO&CFO units which include coordinating the management member's schedule ongoing administrative tasks of the management; organizing business travels; initiating and organizing unit social events, training and shop works.

Working hours – 8:00-17:00

What will your job look like?

  • You will give administrative support to a management member in a broad spectrum of responsibilities such as:
  • Coordinate management member schedule - meetings, interviews, and customer visits.
  • Organize business travels - flight arrangements, travel agendas, schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials, preparing travel expenses reports and follow up refunds
  • Initiate and organize social events, training and workshops
  • You will have an interface with different departments and secretaries
  • You will also assist with internal projects, coordinate and execute employee welfare activities, and maintain strong back office support for management travels.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Must
  • At least 3 years of practical business/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken business English
  • excellent interpersonal relations and personal responsibility, soul player with values of reliability and integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer programs, specifically MS Office
  • A high degree of pro-activeness, professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Excellent meeting planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive, privileged, confidential and/or non-public information in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations for situations not falling clearly within established rules or guidelines necessary
  • Out of the box thinking and ability to use common sense and take decisions on feet
