Corporate PMI is responsible for the successful integration of all Amdocs’ acquisitions. In that capacity, the corporate PMI is accountable for all PMI-related methodologies and activities, trains, and onboards. The PMI Leads supports every PMI process with a specific PMI team and its continuous improvement and runs and maintains the PMI community. This role is one of the most diverse and multi-disciplinary roles available. It gives you a 360 view of how companies work. It is perfect for aspiring, ambitious, hungry managers who can use empathy and great people skills to get things done. 

What will your job look like?

You will :
• Responsible for the continuous development creation and documentation of Amdocs’ PMI methodology and its constant improvement/lessons learned.
• Professionally manage (matrix form) the designated PMI Lead and the PMI teams to tailor the PMI methodology to meet every deal-specific rationale.
• Design the post-PMI state and handover to BAU, build, execute and govern the PMI plan to meet the deal rationale and Amdocs’ PMI strategy.
• Onboard, train, and support the PMI teams, and work collaboratively to de-silo processes to deliver smooth integration under the guidance of the corporate development PMI lead.
• Manage and improve the integration project management office, including tools, measurements, processes, communication/change management
• Manage the PMI repository and ensure relevant data and documents are available to the PMI teams 
• Participate and drive routine PMI meetings and will identify, track and act on risks, actions, issues, decisions, progress, KPIs, schedule, and budget aspects
• Promote PMI within Amdocs and manage the “C3” (cross-company collaboration) forum and the PMI community

All you need is...

• 10 years of experience in the project management domain
• M&A and PMI experience
• People person, strong networker, self-taught individual
• Significant experience and knowledge of business and corporate domains e.g., sales, R&D, delivery, product, finance, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.
• Strong process improvement and system capabilities/savvy
• Matrix managerial experience of hundreds of people
