What will your job look like?

  • You will lead and manage all company’s executive compensation design and implementation processes, while aligning to both most up to date market practices and company’s business strategy.
  • You will work with CEO and management on the annual executive compensation reviews.
  • You will provide counsel and support, and proactively provide professional reviews and inputs, on all matters related to compensation for executives and senior management.
  • You will handle all milestones in executive lifecycle – from negotiating compensation and terms with external candidates and employment agreement through to termination terms and agreements, while interfacing with all relevant stakeholders – HR, legal, IT, etc.
  • You will manage individual reward matters to meet the needs of the organization and individual.
  • You will manager ongoing interfaces with all company’s executives to identify potential compensation concerns.
  • BOD and Compensation Committee – supporting data and recommendations to the Committee’s annual discussion (and per need); prepare with the legal department the relevant resolutions.
  • You will manage the executive compensation payroll in Israel; instruct all other company’s payrolls department in all executives’ payment related issues.
  • You will work with Corporate Economics and  Corporate accounting on quarterly accruals to company’s books, and monitoring of costs and budgets during the year for specific executive related expenses.
  • You will work with Corporate Legal on compensation related annual proxy statements.  

All you need is...

  • Bachelor/B.Sc. Degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, HR or the equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering would be acceptable 
  • Wide experience in management of financial processes (at least 8 years); Advantage - background operating as C&B manager, preferable – executive comp. experience
  • Experience of working with/ consulting to senior management and executives.
  • Experience of working with external senior interfaces, based on domain (e.g. auditors, lawyers, etc.).
  • Managerial experience                                                                
  • Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
