What will your job look like?

 

  • You will learn and conduct remote and in person customer meeting and present Contact Center digital Solutions demos
  • You will develop and assist in closure of new and existing sales proposals
  • You will conduct thought leadership for internal and external customers on the future of contact center
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics
  • Demonstrate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical level in a clear and concise manner that is in the vernacular of each group
  • Design cost effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements
  • Responsible to prepare HLS (High Level Solution) proposal documents accepted and approved by the Customer and Amdocs eco system (3rd party partners, Amdocs product and services)
  • Guide various product experts and Business Annalists with regard to the solution
  • Create and support POC/demos and present solutions to client
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product management and for delivery of best practices

All you need is...

 

  • The Customer Engagement Center Presale lead should have experience in both leading presale activities and processes from technological companies and also as lead or head of Contact center operations preferably from a CSP or from Financial services organization.
  • Experience in presale / sale from technological companies with products for contact center such as NICE-InContact, CallVU, others.
  •  Proven experience in one or more the following: Customer-facing, Presales, Marketing, product management
  • Experienced in answering large RFI, RFPs, preferably for Contact Center solutions
  • Out of the box thinking, Innovative, creative
  • Combine deep technical understanding with Business needs
  • Builds Valuable Customer Relationships
