In one sentence

  • Provide analysis and solutions for orders created and submitted by the system user that were stuck for any reason, to guarantee that they will complete successfully.

What will your job look like?

  • Develop and apply workaround solutions, which includes scripts and Methods & Procedures documentation (M&Ps), required for clearing the “stuck” orders
  • Provide root cause analysis for definitive solution to prevent new stuck orders
  • Strive for continuous improvement
  • Support offshore team in their job of cleaning the stuck orders using the M&P documentation provided by the Application Experts

All you need is...

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix or Linux
  • Adherence to strict SLA’s
  • Desired familiarity with Telecom area or Amdocs application suite
  • English and Portuguese are mandatory, Spanish desirable
