Leverage broad and deep knowledge of Amdocs capabilities and best practices, as well as industry standards and processes to define Epics and solutions that meet the customer’s needs. Should also leverage the common reusable solution repository to define the most suited solution for addressing business needs.

What will your job look like?

Should learn and leverage from the AD methodologies and best practices
Define the Epic and high level solution
Lead E2E solution domain
Lead and facilitate customer sessions, challenges business requirements to reveal business needs
Gain customer approval of the proposed Epics and solutions
Break down the Epic to features
Accountable for breakdown of features to user stories
Demonstrates the E2E solution
Should consume from and contribute to common reusable solutions repository
Should provide the product enhancement feedback to Amdocs Technology
Must ensure NFRs are getting addressed in the overall solution
Serves as focal point for professional guidance and integration between teams
Aware of core roadmap and upcoming core PI scope (especially for digital products to help build solution and align it product OOB) 
Solution should address Operational tool (along with NFR items) like SLA mgmt., fallout mgmt. tool etc. 
Should learn and leverage from the scoping  methodologies and best practices (like estimation tool, SB etc.) 

All you need is...

Telecom industry knowledge
E2E business process and product knowledge
Business/system analysis experience
Customer facing and negotiation
Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset
Presentation of a solution in various methods (presentations, demos, business processes)
Encompasses end-to-end cross product/business domain knowledge. Understands the business needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
Experience leading product/customer end-to-end business requirements across business domains or multiple lines of products.
At least 6-8 years’ experience in design, development or delivery of a product/solution
At least 3 years’ experience as a product owner with strong business orientation
