What will your job look like?

  • Be responsible for success of cross Domain engagements and programs – Billing, Ordering, Non-Dox, Digital, etc.
  • Lead digital transformation program involving Amdocs and non-Amdocs digital products.
  • Provide thought leadership to Customer on Cloud and Digital transformation strategy
  • Engage with customer to build productive partnerships to drive business growth and set expectations for implementation and delivery
  • Identify customer needs and challenges and translate them into business opportunities. 
  • Build strategy for business growth
  • Engage with internal partners to ensure success of key programs and initiatives
  • You will establish communication and governance channels with the client to address opportunities and issue in a timely and proactive manner. 
  • You will meet and exceed customer expectations by running smooth implementation and excellent delivery experience measured by Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)  
  • You will manage a team of 100-150 people (direct + matrix)
  • You will drive the value validation process (evaluation of the value of the product / project sold after and sometimes during implementation – whether it is the same value as encouraged during the sales process). 
  • Plan and maintain the program estimates, business plans, milestones plan, variances, etc.
  • Handle the business plan to ensure budget and margins are controlled. Be responsible for EBIT and drive efficiencies
     

All you need is...

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant professional track (engineering, computer sciences, mathematics), sophisticated degree is an advantage  (e.g. Masters in Information Systems)
  • 10+ years in the SW development and project implementation domain within Telco / relevant industry including strong client side experience 
  • Strong background in customer relationships, program management and delivery of large scale projects 
  • Good understanding of Cloud and Digital strategy
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong customer facing and networking capabilities 
  • Wide business knowledge and technical expertise (also covering Amdocs portfolio) 
  • Shown ability to build strong relationships – both internally and externally
